The compliance of all studies submitted to the journal with the purpose, principles and standards of the journal is initially evaluated by the Editorial Board. In the evaluation, situations such as plagiarism, duplication, false authorship/denied authorship, research/data fabrication, article slicing, slicing, copyright infringement and concealment of conflict of interest are considered unethical behaviors.
Studies submitted to more than one journal at the same time and works that violate legal and academic criteria such as copyright and/or plagiarism will not be evaluated; Those who are found to be in violation at any evaluation stage are immediately stopped and returned to their author(s). In case of a conflict of interest, the evaluation process of the article is suspended until the uncertainty is resolved.

The "double-blind referee" evaluation process is applied for the studies submitted to the journal. A work with two positive referee reports is eligible for publication. In case of conflicting or insufficient referee evaluations, it may be possible to apply for additional referee evaluation.

 It is responsible for making the decision to publish the article sent for publication based on the referee's evaluations, for the editorial board policies of the Journal and for taking legal measures against plagiarism, insult and copyright infringement.  Takes the copyright transfer of the articles by filling out and signing the form presented on the Journal website or Dergipark.
 Studies sent to the journal are evaluated together with the Plagiarism Report (Turnitin) by the Editorial Board. Studies with an acceptable level of similarity according to the TR index criteria are accepted into the referee evaluation process.
 In studies that require Ethics Committee permission and/or legal/special permission in accordance with the TR Index criteria, it ensures that the information about the permission (committee name, date and issue number) is included in the method section of the article and also on the first/last page of the article.
 Takes care to protect the property and copyright of each published article and to keep a record of each copy. It takes care to comply with the copyright regulations for the intellectual and artistic works used in the articles.
 Commit to protecting the confidentiality of communication to the widest possible extent. Makes initial inquiries before sharing information in doubtful cases.
 Provides the right of the authors to object to the correction requests made by the Editorial Board or the referees, together with the reasons, and the opportunity to review the rejected works within the framework of the evaluation reports and submit them to the journal again.
