For this purpose, the 2024 Social Studies Curriculum and the 2024 Turkish Century Education Model Curriculum Common Text were examined. The findings obtained in this research, which was prepared with the document analysis technique, were analyzed with the document analysis technique. When the findings obtained within the scope of the research are evaluated, the undeniable role of skills education in shaping both the present and future lives of students is revealed again. In the 2024 social studies curriculum, social sciences field skills are effectively included in the field skills section. In the field skills section of the social studies curriculum, it is clearly stated in the program at which stage and in which acquisition the social sciences field skills are included. The skills are only given in the program with the acquisition code or in the dimension of teaching-learning practices. It aims to see under which subject headings the projects are grouped, which project subjects are emphasized in which years, and in which field of education they are mostly worked on. The research is a qualitative study based on a descriptive survey model. In this study, the current status of TUBITAK projects in Turkey between 2015 and 2022 is analyzed. The data were collected using document analysis method. While collecting the data, a project research form was developed by the researchers. The data were collected from existing TUBITAK projects and analyzed by descriptive content analysis method. Considering the 124 TUBITAK-supported education projects carried out between 2015-2022, the most reached project type was 4000 national support programs. The most studies were conducted in 2019-2020. It was determined that the most preferred method in the projects was the mixed research method. In terms of the sample group, it was determined that the most studied level was primary education and the most studied target group was the student group. In the changing world conditions, children are given great importance compared to the past. Families make a lot of effort for their children to have a good future. Every child has certain rights from birth. The most important of these rights are rights such as education, life, shelter and health. All over the world, the rights that children have are explained and these rights are provided to children all over the world. There are some special children who need child care. There have been many studies on the care of children with special needs all over the World especially in our country.There are many rights granted to individuals with special needs. In our country, with the Decree Law No. 575, it was decided that individuals with special needs should receive education with their peers in special education classes. This right provides individuals with equal opportunity to learn without discrimination. These children with special needs have the opportunity for lifelong learning, starting from pre-school education.Recognizing and protecting these rights granted to children is of great importance for all children. The biggest duty in this regard families. In this study, children with special needs are categorized and it is aimed to investigate to what extent their families are aware of the ballaron of children with special needs. One of the qualitative research designs which was named case study was used in this study. Interviews were conducted with de families who lived in Sakarya from 12 different school of 65 the care of children with special needs. As a result of the research, it was conclued that families were not awere of some rights. Families only get information from Counseling and research center. Sources of information are inadequate.
